Decanters operating in an ethanol plant
The production of ethanol from a variety of bio-feed stocks generally uses decanters to dewater the residue produced by the process. Broadbent have a range of decanters designed specifically for use in these applications.


Broadbent ethanol decanter operates at high speed (high 'G') to maximize the recovery of suspended solids and produce low moisture cake. This range of decanters is able to process up to 70 CuM/hr (300 USgpm).
