Service Coordinator - Spares & Service Division

Experienced service coordinator required by Broadbent, market leading supplier of aftermarket services to the world’s process industries. We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:

·         Day to day management of service team including field engineers

·         Planning & organisation of resources both internally & externally

·         Interface with customers including site visits

·         Project management & site supervision

·         Prepare commercial quotations & contract negotiation

The ability to supervise a team and work on own initiative is vital as are good communication skills. Attention to detail, quality and health and safety are essential.

Previous experience on managing a service team is a key skill. Other useful skills include budgeting, forecasting & troubleshooting. Requires flexibility and a can-do attitude.

Based in our headquarters in Huddersfield, job will require regular UK and occasional overseas travel.  Candidates must possess clean driving licence and passport.
