Our castings are produced in batch and jobbing quantities, for a wide range of OEMs within the pump, valve, compressor and centrifuge markets.

Sand Castings
Produced in aluminium alloy, copper base alloy or grey iron.
Castings produced up to 100kgs for aluminum alloys and up to 150kgs for copper base and grey iron.
Manufacturing processes include bench, floor and machine moulding in green and chemically bonded sand. Castings can be supplied, in the as cast, proof or fully machined condition.

Shell moulded Castings
Produced in aluminium alloy copper base alloy and grey iron.
Provides the customer with the option of closer dimensional tolerances.
Large or small production runs carried out (no batch size is too small to be considered). Castings produced up to 25kgs in weight. Utilising our all-electric melting facilities, all major aluminium and copper base alloys can be supplied.
